Gutters Online

Gutters Online needed a B2B eCommerce platform that could handle trade account management, customer groups, personalised pricing, bulk ordering and quote requests. The platform also needed to improve performance, simplify the customer journey and provide a scalable foundation for future integrations and operational improvements.  As part of The Alumasc Group, the project also had to align with a wider digital strategy while still giving Gutters Online its own standalone Magento 2 setup.

chillicommerce delivered a rebuilt Magento 2 platform designed around B2B trade purchasing. Hyvä was used to create a faster and more maintainable frontend, while Hyvä Checkout helped improve the order journey. The platform was enhanced with B2B features including company accounts, customer group catalogues, quick order tools and quote request functionality. Integrations with Mollie, Mailchimp, Usercentrics and analytics tools helped support payments, marketing, tracking and compliance.

Gutters Online now has a faster and more flexible B2B eCommerce platform that better supports trade customers and internal operations. The new Magento 2 setup improves the buying journey, supports repeat purchasing and gives the business a stronger foundation for future digital growth. The platform also provides Alumasc with a more scalable digital asset that can continue to evolve as customer needs and operational requirements change.
