Canopy Superstore is an online retailer focused entirely on outdoor shelter solutions. From garden canopies and verandas to enclosed garden rooms, the business brings specialist products together under one roof. The goal was straightforward: build a dependable eCommerce platform that supports growth, handles multiple store requirements, and delivers a smooth buying journey for customers investing in larger, considered purchases.
We worked closely with Canopy Superstore to translate their clear brand direction into a stable, performance-focused Magento build. Our role was centred on structure, usability, and long-term scalability.
We developed the site on Magento 2 Open Source, using multi-store functionality to support the client’s operational model and previous Magento experience.
We conducted a UX/UI audit and a structured conversion review to identify friction points. Practical recommendations were implemented to improve navigation, clarity, and customer flow.
We integrated an Add to Quote feature to support customers who require pricing flexibility for higher-value or customised products.
The platform was built using a modern Magento stack with carefully selected integrations to support performance and search accuracy.
The platform combined performance, structured commerce functionality, and practical enhancements designed to support considered online purchases. The Hyvä theme was chosen to improve site speed and Core Web Vitals performance, while maintaining a clean front-end structure.

Canopy Superstore required a new Magento-based eCommerce platform with stronger performance, structured multi-store capability, and functionality tailored to considered purchases, including quote-based enquiries.
We developed the website on Magento 2 Open Source within the client’s existing Magento environment, leveraging multi-store capabilities. The Hyvä theme was implemented to improve front-end performance. We integrated Mollie for flexible payment processing, Klevu to improve on-site search relevance, and an Amasty “Request a Quote” module to support B2B-style enquiries. Alongside development, we carried out UX, CRO, and competitor audits to refine the platform beyond launch.
The result is a modern, stable Magento platform built to support long-term growth. The site delivers improved performance, clearer product journeys, and flexible purchasing options. Since launch, ongoing support and optimisation work have continued to strengthen usability and conversion performance. We focused on building a solid commercial foundation like practical improvements that support revenue, not surface-level changes.
